2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and energetic reasons:
• Opened essential oils, herbal blends, and bath products.
• Custom spell kits or personalized spiritual items.
• Digital products (e-books, courses, or guided meditations).
• Clearance or final sale items.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Orders can be canceled within 12hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
